Wadden sea PP Satellite Data Visualization

Configuration

Start selecting the region and variables you want to visualize, and adjust remaining settings as needed, then click "Load data"

Select which part of the wadden sea to view. The remote sensing data is partitioned into different tiles (see Sentinel-2 CDSE ). We aggregated these tiles into a mosaic [All] to map the entire Wadden sea.

Major upgrade: interface upgraded to Bootstrap. Other improvements and bug fixes:
  • error when downloading fixed
  • not loading raster plot when switching region for 2016 fixed
  • smoother plotting of raster (prevent drawing of previously selected raster)
  • prevent raster plotting multiple times (prevent flickering)
  • added LTER LIFE logo to left panel
  • added info tab with update and versio info
  • Rijkswaterstaat stations on map now show their name when hovering over them
  • initially, the map is now filling the full interface until a station is clicked
  • plot is hidden when Rijkswaterstaat stations is toggled off
  • added informative title to plot of Chlorophyll-a (station name)
  • simplified map interface to zoom buttons only
